I ordered a bangle set from Infibeam three days back. After checking the availability of size 2.8 on the site, I posted an order.
To my horror, I received the package today morning, in a completely cheap packing. When I opened, the size was 2.6 and the bangles were crushed and broken!!!!
I mailed the Customer Support Id with no response ... I sent a message on their FB page and same - no response. Even so, they had time to post two new updates to their FB page after my message. Really disappointed with their service!!
I dont even want the bangle if they cant send the right size ... I just want a refund done at the earliest. I sincerely hope they will reply here at least, since they are active here!!!!
I did not want to use this platform, though they have forced me to .. by choosing to ignore repeated messages and mails.
