I have bought sony HT IV300 dth home theater from infibeam. Before ordering here, I have done so much research on price in various websites. I dont see anyone who can give price less than or at least equal to infibeam. I bought this for rs.16500 but other sites prices are from 17800 to 19900. So I have gone ahead and ordered here.
After ordering I just checked reviews about infibeam on the internet. All I see was only negative reviews. I was literally scared from then. But as soon as I ordered I got a mail saying that ship date will be 8 oct and delivery date will be 13 oct. There were obsolutely no progress with my order until 7 oct. Since their ship date is 08 oct I just kept quite. But on 07 oct I got sms that my order is shipped through ibl logistic which is infibeam’s own logistic.
On 08 Oct I again got sms saying that my order is shipped through gati from ibl logistic. And here the delivery date is again changed to 5 to 9 days. Since the estimated delivery date from infibeam is 13 oct I kept quite. On 13 Oct I checked with the gati tracking number and found that it is already reached chennai( my location) . On 14th oct morning I got call from gati people saying that they are on the way to deliver. In few hours the gati delivery guy delivered it to my home.
Now its been 3 days, am enjoying my home theater and its works well.
The only negative point about infibeam is they take almost 10days to deliver a product but the very positive point is the price. No one can beat their price.
My advice is you can go for infibeam if your product covers warrenty.
