Worst in Delivering Product on Time

My order (ID:9246541) had been placed on 22nd Aug 2012 and the Shipping date was 25th Aug 2012 but the date has passed and they haven’t shipped the product yet. Also I had spoken to their customer care twice and the was no update available there too as to when they will ship the product and when I will receive it. Infibeam has acted in an very unprofessional way by not updating or intimating the customers regarding the current status of the product.


I also have mailed them twice regarding the same compliant and yet not received the reply. This shows how the company is in dealing with the customer, they should learn from their competitors FlipKart or Snapdeal who intimate their customers as to why the product is getting long time to get delivered. I hope the receive the product on time.
