16 hours ago I placed order on https://infibeam.com/ for home theater cost is 22k+, As soon as order was placed I received the email that my area is not served by their courier company.
What the F*?
I am live in Chandigarh where all national and international courier provider are available.
My mouth was left open after reading that email, I went to read review of website and found mouth shut and another shock to me when I checked 600+ negative reviews then I felt bad for not reading them before placing order.
My mistake, I gave them call this morning about shipping, They said they would come back to me in 24 hours if I wont provide alternate address. Sick.
Now I received the email that my they need my contact information . F* stupids can not they find it in order I placed,
Now I gave them another call and they told me they will cancel my order, I said for sure and refund my money+ pay inserted of my credit card, Since choose EMI options, Let’s see what gonna happen next .
Gonna loose time+ money+ dont know when gonna received my 22k.
Shitty Company, Stay away...
