I purchased a pair of shoes from the Infibeam last month. I did not like them. when they arrived I don’t find them comfortable. So I put a return request on Infibeam.
In order to return the product, I have to choose the return address of delhi(not my city) or I had to ship it from my city.
Though, Infibeam was providing the shipping charges in the form of refund amount but it was very uncomfortable to return it by courier.
I send it to one of my friend’s house(in Delhi) and then Infibeam make an pick up arrangement.
I got the refund in two days. The only problem is that I have to send it to Delhi first.
I hope Infibeam soon starts their return from all the serviceable cities.
