I happened to land onto this portal, through a price search recommendation engine, it was showing me rates quite lower than those quoted by Amazon, Flipkart, Snapdeal.
Though the price difference was not much but still Rs 600/- made me take the bait.
I bought a 22 inches LG LED Monitor from them.
Within a few hours it started displaying colors in black and white and also started becoming blank after every few seconds.
Immediately I packed the product and asked them to return them.
Till date (10 days) they have not given me a complaint no. instead they’re asking me to contact the service person of LG (brand) who’s asking about warranty.
How does warranty come into picture, when I am asking about return and refund.
Friends, please be aware of such portals, and request you to kindly avoid it and spread the word and help me in taking this portal down.
