I ordered a consignment which I needed very badly, paid through credit card and after a week seeing no clue from these true professional businessmen I end up calling their customtakeouter care to get a reply: "Sir google out the nearest Blue Dart Courier Center and collect your consignment. I’m sure it would be lying there, if I escalate this issue it might take another week or two!"
After I wrote a review on MouthShut_Official, I got a call from an executive from Infibeam the next morning(A General holiday). He was very poise and promised me that his shift would end @17:30 and he would make sure that the consignment has been delivered by the end of his shift.!
Voila his promise was kept even being a holiday! The consignment was delivered within 2 hrs from the call. Thank you "Joy"(Name of the Executive who delegated the process on time)!
Guess some pin pointed staff from the customtakeouter care are least bothered. Infibeam must find a way to make it through. But was very happy when the process was completed on time as promised!
