INFIBEAM sent me faulty product

My order ID is 10697293 I had purchased a tablet ADCOM 707 on 5th may 2013 and got it on 8th may 2013. When I open it keyboard is broken and when I start tablet error is coming is that your process not working I have image file of both issues and battery power is only 1 hour.


They sent me damaged tablet. I called infibeam executive and filed a complaint. They told me to return it to them. Got my product on 28th may 2013. I called them 20 timed and talk with Alam, Karan Shah, Shirin, Amit, Diviyashesh and many more they dont reply when they got my product they dont give any thing that they receives my product aft taking 4 time they mail that they receives my product they mail on 13 June 2013 I had talk so much I told every time that I want my refund back pls help me.


Somebody just guide me how to take legal action against them.
