Order placed 6th May, Order Shipped 17th and DTDC claiming delivery 23rd.
Placed order for a Nikon Cool pix for Rs.15, 949 and fully paid online. ID proof and Form Form 16 was asked for and forwarded in couple of days. Shipment was delayed until 17th and finally DTDC claims that the shipment was delivered on 23rd. Due to delay I was tracking the item and I raised the complaint on the same day. Even after numerous emails and phone calls, the reply is, they are waiting for Proof of Delivery from the DTDC.
I need advise how to proceed to get refund of this amount. Should I go to consumer court, against DTDC or Infibeam?
