I had read a lot of reviews on MouthShut regarding Infibeam, and most of them seemed to be negative. I decided to try it out for myself; so I ordered a music CD through Cash on Delivery payment method. I received a confirmation email and SMS and a tracking number. I was informed that the product would reach me within 3 days.
To my surprise, it reached me within 2! The delivery was very prompt, and the discount I got was better than any other Indian shopping site. The tracking number worked fine and I was able to know what stage my order had reached.
I ordered a second time, with the same results. The products were genuine and worked fine. I haven’t tried paying by card yet, because I find COD to be the safest option.
