My worst experience in buying online

Order ID : 18462549 I ordered a book from infibeam that costs Rs.1742 on 28.10.2012. It got shipped on 8.11.2012. If you see the attached image from their tracking page, it reached ahmedabad on 9th. I waited impatiently for more than a week and then called their customer service about it on 17.11.2012.


The guy said he’s put in some request. Today on 19.11.2012 it shows that the book has been delivered. BUT I HAVEN’T GOT THE BOOK!!. And it shows the final location as Ahmedabad whereas the delivery address is Vadodara. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had in buying online. I’d heard they’re good for books. But, I’ll never buy from infibeam again, never.

Dear customer, We see that your order was shipped on 8th and was returned back to our warehouse on 26th Nov. due to non-serviceable location; post receiving it back, we re-shipped the product through a different carrier which now shows delivered to you.
