I placed an order for iphone 5 back case on 24th feb. order no is 10258721. They shipped me a wrong cover which arrived on 28th Feb. When I raised a complaint, they are now saying it will 1-2 days for someone to pick up the product from my place, then it will be sent to Mumbai for inspection. Then someone will tell the merchant to ship me the replacement.
Overall, we are talking about another 8-10days. Since I have to go overseas next week, I wanted to buy this item in a store and instead asked them to refund my money once they receive the product. They say they will not entertain their thought. So now I am held hostage to them and there is no way out.
