I placed an order (no. 937065 0f 21/09/2012) fora book titled ’’Science Book -Everything you need to know’’ (National Geographic Publication). I paid Rs1156/-by Debit card.But at the time of Delivery i was forced to the same amount saying that the order is on. COD basis. So charged twice for the same transaction. . I was promised refund at the time of delivery. So far there is no response from Infi beam..There customer care service is utterly hopeless with no body attending the phone.
