Order-10254814 for 5 Star AC but received 3 Star -

I had ordered and paid for 5 star Daikin Split AC (order no 10254814) but to my surprise I received 3 star. I had received out door unit ref no 912674E0234901 on 20 03 3013. I had received In-door unit ref no 912612E0222536 on 21.03.2013 which is 3 star AC. In spite of contacting customer service several times, they are yet to resolve and replace it. I had not even received original invoice, after reminder they had sent me duplicate copy by e mail. Ref no (912674E0234901) mentioned in my invoice and the in-door unit is different one.  Whole despatch is messed up, there is no mapping between ref no mentioned in invoice and the delivery parcel. Is it a intentional or other wise, I am the sufferer.


In spite of repeated phone calls and e mails, I am yet to get 5 star AC, and disappointed. Concerned people look into the same and rectify and avoid customer disappointment and stay in business. If I do not receive satisfactory response, I may have to take action. It is a learning experience to those who want to buy online, study history and service quality of online sites and then move on.


After much follow up infibeam has taken back product and assured to give me correct product. But to my surprise, this time they have sent me a 5 star rated In-door unit (Model no FT35MV16) and a 3 star rated Out-door unit(RE35MV16). Daikin service centre says that they are not compatible and can not be fixed. Trying to call infibeam representative who is not available to resolve my problem at the earliest. It is frustrating that even though I have booked and paid for AC before summer and summer is almost completing, I am yet to get my AC.


It is a learning experience to be careful while doing online especially with infibeam
