Disappointing service

I have ordered a saree for my mom from infibeam but after getting delivered and after seeing the quality of the product I was really annoyed , in the description of the saree it was written that material used was silk but the product I got was of simple cotton.I immediately contacted customer care.They told that we will do enquiry with the seller and then revert back and it will take maximum 48 hrs means 2 days but after 2 days also I didnt got any call or email from their side and I have contact them again and now they told that complain has been escalated to concerned team and extended the date for more 72 hrs but interestingly I got no response after 72 hrs also.Again I have to contact customer care but still those stupid people talking that they are helpless and I have to wait for the response from concerned team and they escalated the complain to higher authorities.


Again the same thing happened and wait.This time call came from their end and they accepted for return and I opted for refund and after almost 25 days I got my refund.


I wont say any thing that people should buy from infibeam or not , its completely their personel decision but I would suggest going for flipkart or amazon becoz of their easy return policy which is very helpful in this type case.
