Never got my shipment

I have ordered for high chair for my baby with order no-9282069, on aug, at the time of ordering the product was in stock only.but when it got delay for shipment I contacted customer support and was telling product is not in their warehouse.


Many times I contacted them(even today) same answer from them. If the product was not with them, then why they are not showing it as OUT OF STOCK. Also they never reply for our mail, whenever I send queries asking about my shipment.
