I wanted to buy a Laptop from Infibeam.com as they were offering the same product at 2500 rs cheaper price. But after reading all the negative reviews on MS I gave up the idea of shopping from them. But then I just took the risk and ordered the laptop.
In the beginning they told me it will be shipped in 10 days which was obviously unacceptable to me because I have received the products in 2 days of time from Flipkart, Yebhi etc. So called the customer care and asked to make the delivery in 3 business days as it was displayed on their website. I agree that I had to call them many times but they delivered the laptop on forth day of order. The packing was good and product was in intact.
So overall my experience with Infibeam was good and I’d like to buy from the in future....
Note - One of their CC executive Karan was very good and helpful. He assured me that my order will be delivered in time and happened. Thanks Karan...
