I ordered a product on 13th October and their shipment date was 17th October but they have not shipped and when I call them on 17th night that they said it will take some more time to ship and they didn’t tell that some more time means how many days it will take to ship.
Finally I have cancelled the order and waiting for refunding the money. Their customer care service is also not good.
