Placed order for Philips LED TV.(ID 20420118)First of all it took them 7 days to respond that this product is not available. Secondly they wanted us to purchase another TV at same price point. Thirdly they do not want to compensate for this big goof up. Fourthly the customer care executives unlike Amazon are untrained, rude and without any empowerment. Since this was a purchase made for upgrading my TV before Diwali, I had no choice left but to go with them . Still waiting delivery after 10 days. However what I can or any consumer will do is to make it a point to atleast inform everyone about the pathetic services. Posting this on my face book page & my quota account.
