Generally good but some room for improvement

I saw the review below about the 30 day replacement guarantee on Infibeam, I have used this guarantee before when I bought from them and on most of the occassions they have adhered to it and replaced my product(although I don’t understand why they just can’t send stuff that works out the first time!) However, when I bought a mobile from them and it was faulty then they told me to take it to the service center to! Its not a good position to be in because there is not much that can be done about it as the money has already been paid and they are to big for me to do anything about it. In saying that I have generally had a good experience with them and have bought many many times from them, I gues you are bound to have the odd bad experience no matter how good the company is!

While we request customers to visit the service center, we only intend to get the issues resolved quicker and not to back out from offering the services. If the issue cannot be resolved by the service center, Infibeam will replace the defective product with a brand new product at no extra cost.The 30 Days Replacement Guarantee is not valid in cases of damages due to normal wear & tear and negligence on part of the customer.
