(By the way, most positive reviews are fake. Only a dissatisfied customer will spend time to write one.)
This review is from an extremely dissatisfied customer. I am a regular buyer of books from infi. But if you get a book in bad condition, you will have the misfortune of talking to the worst customer care in the world. They are genuinely pathetic! Not only did they send the book in horrible condition, they are so cheap to say "We will offer you a Rs.50 coupon". They are arrogant, don’t reply to mails and least gracious of all the ecommerce sites I have ever bought from.
I used to be a fan of infi but they are just pathetic! Atleast flipkart backs its higher prices with decent services(i am not an employee of any ecomm company, an honest customer review, this is).
If you get similar price guys, I suggest dont buy from infi.
