Order not dispatched even after multiple time call

I have ordered one Micromax mobile from infibeam.com on 29-Mar. As per their website status, the order must be

Ships By: Apr 1, 2013

Delivers By: Apr 3, 2013

But till today (5-April) the product still not delivered. Instead of delivering, it is not dispatched yet.

My Order number is : 10491557

I have called multiple time and also send multiple emails but all the time I got same answer-

"Today itself your order will be dispatched."

Yesterday (4-April) I receive call from one of there executive and he told me that they received the inventory for my order and yesterday itself they would dispatch my order.

But still today (5-April) the order not dispatched.

Today also I called them and they reply the same answer

"Today itself your order will be dispatched"

I don’t know what to do.

I am totally helpless now.

Can anybody face same situation with infibeam.
