Ok, I have ordered this product order id-8711802 and asked for cancellation in their customtakeouter care no. a, they said yes but in I don’t know whats going on there , they did not e-mail me back about the process and when I tried to email at their customtakeouter support address its not working REMEMBER customtakeoutersupport@infibeam.net as given in their website is not working. Not a classy act though for a company who, as the polls say are going head to head with reputed company like "flipkart".
I mean to say they can never compete. They are just like miles apart. The DAVID (infibeam) will never be able to defeat GOLIATH like flipkart. Worst customtakeouter support....
