Infibeam.com sells cheap defective products

This happened to me twice. First an induction cooker. The thing was broken, physical damage. They blamed it on the courier. Next a sunglass again defective.

The funny part is that, once I report the product as defective/broken on arrival, i.e., damaged on arrival they ask me to take pictures then mail it back to them and then make countless phone calls. Then ship the product back and then get a refund. Numerous phone calls and emails at every stage of the game.

In the meantime they have my money for at least a month. I am hanging high and dry. No product no money.

I think they are running a scam! With the hope that most customers will not go for these kind of trouble(shipping, calling them and writing mails) and will shut up and will loose the money.

This company should be investigated. Long live https://flipkart.com
