Worst Online Shopping Experience

I purchased a microwave oven by paying them in advance through master card  on 17th august. The status showed delivery date 10th September 2014. I was surprised but took it as mistake. Shipping date 29th august. I thought its software expected date which can be erroneous.


The Microwave was shipped on 22nd august. On 29th august they have no status of where the product is. The link to track leads to some wrong link ending    up in error. I called customer care they could only give me the status of what I could get on the website. They didn’t have any name of courier, where the product is, when will it be delivered. Anything sent from Ahmedabad to Delhi wont take so much time. At homeshop18, snapdeal they had been very efficient and fast.


A very pathetic and incompetent online shopping website
