Having ordered a BSNL Penta on 15/07/2013 and paid cash on delivery on 17//07//2013/ the defective was reported on 19//07//2013 and reshipment arranged on 24//07//2013. Till this date they have not settled the issue. Every day I used to contact them still not resolved.
Some executives are keeping the call on hold and disconnecting the same after 15 minutes. Such a sorry state of affairs in this company. I am shopping with them for past 24 months r so. as a senior citizen my health is affected for having shopping with them/ they are keeping the cash and also the product with them. GOD ONLY KNOWS THE END RESULT!
