My credit limit is freed and everything with respect to this order is resolved now.

Finally today after 1week of followup they have cancelled the order. Also as they have not claimed the amount with the credit card I need to contact my bank for releasing my credit limit. The bank have told me that they would unauthorize the payment by today. Let’s see how it goes. Will update once it is completed.
Infibeam will still be my choice but only for COD orders which I would get opened in front of me, and then only accept.
Just for a information I cancelled an order with Flipkart today and it was done in secs via their website itself.

I call them daily and they say that your order is cancelled and you will get email in 24hrs which I never got and my order is still open. Today to my surprise I get an email saying your shipment is late and will be shipped on 30th March. I have planned to buy a phone from local store after they confirmed that it is cancelled. This is pathetic service, they don’t have the product and they are not ready to cancel. What kind of behavior is this. Flipkart immediately cancels the order in such circumstances and refunds money instantly. Good bye infibeam, you have lost a customer. Please never buy from Infibeam.

I have asked for cancellation for this order 2 days back but till now they have not done it. I am really disappointed with Infibeam. May be because this is the first time I have to take help from their customer support I always considered them good.
They have confirmed that they do not have the product. Still they are holding my money. Each time they will say you will get an email within 24hrs.

I placed on order of HTC Desire X on Infibeam.com 4 days back. Order ID: 10431875. This was supposed to be shipped yesterday but its more then 24hrs past that and there is no update yet. Will this be shipped? If infibeam can’t deliver it in time then please refund my money, I will buy it from somewhere else. Its really bad, till today Infibeam is taking orders and promising to ship within 2-3 days, but they are not fulfilling the already placed orders.
I have placed many orders earlier and they used to ship within the specified timeline. But this time I am really disappointed. I am eagerly waiting for this product. Also as from next month the mobile prices will go up, I want to buy it this month.
