I have delivered a TV last year, It was supposed to be delivered in 7 seven days but they didn’t even shipped the product after 10 days. So when I called help-desk, they said they will be delivering in 1-2 days. They keep on lying to me for 3-4 days and I was very much pissed with such lies and very embarrassed with my decision of dealing with Infibeam.
But finally, I got my TV after 14 days. This was a very horrible experience for me. Again, this year, I did the same mistake after being fascinated with the offered discount. I have ordered a mobile it was supposed to be delivered today but as always its not even shipped yet.
I conclude with Infibeam, you should never expect your product to be delivered on time. You can just order and forget it for 10-15 days. And by chance you are lucky enough you would see delivery man at your door soon after 15 days.
