Infibeam sells fake and duplicate books and has the worst customer service ever. I bought an imported version of "BET ME" and they send a duplicate and fake version and when confronted they picked up the return and has been 15 days no one has bother refunded and replacing my book and neither writing back to my continuous follow up emails. I’m fed up and don’t know how to get my refund back.
No one is reverting back to my communication at all. Luckily I got thru their customer care helpline last week and no was assured by this weekend I’ll have the book at my doorstep and still no tracking update available. pathetic and horrible service. I hate infibeam and will advice to people not to risk ur money buying from this website and breaking ur head later.
