Shipping and delivery issue

I booked my order 9213639 on 15th Aug as product shows shipped WITHIN 24 hours on site.  URL: https://infibeam.com/SDP.action?catalogId=P-B-P-Braun-69039


after booked order, it shows me shipped by 18th Aug and deliver by 24th Aug, I wondered that if site wrote shipped within 24 hours then courier service deliver in 1-2 days maximum in any corner of country. but after 4 days, my shipping details still missing and not updated.


I mailed to CC id customerservice@infibeam.com 4 times but did not get any reply yet.


I called at CC and they promise to shipped it asap but still no any information regarding shipping available.


Update you again once any information updated on infibeam.com
