Unaccountable, bad product handlin

We ordered this product- Orbitrak exercise bike on 25th June and then got it delivered by July 9th. About 10 days!!! well then we open the pack to our dismay that the bike parts were broken and many of the parts missing. They send products from some cheap courier service company, who called us and said come and take ur product which made us furious.


We called the customer care to get the bike replaced or give our money back. But to no avail!! They sent us the missing parts and not the broken parts yet it’s been an ordeal since 25 days with them. The team doesn’t even bother to call the customer and assist us, it’s we who keeps calling them. I wonder their sense of responsibility.


I would really like to make other beware of them. Their competitors do a much better job and also make the experience worth going back to them. However infibeam treats their customers as if they are doing some favour to them.
