Worst e-commerce portal I came across

I had ordered iBall Tarang 4.1 speakers on Oct 16th having order ID- 11900442 to my hometown Bandikui, Rajasthan. Just to make sure whether area is deliverable or not I called up their customer care and confirmed the same, even their executive added from his side that COD is also available in your area, still I paid in advance.


Now, after 14 days of placing order, speakers are not delivered yet. After 5 days I got a call from their side that area is not serviceable, on reinforcing they assured they will try with some different courier to deliver your product.


Ques 1- if area was not serviceable they should have informed me earlier the time I called them to confirm before placing the order. This shows totally negligence of customer service.


Observation- Does it shows that you just want cash inflow to use in some other things even after knowing that area is not serviceable.


Even after continuous follow up in past days I was not getting any satisfactory answer from their side( 5 times I had called to their customer care team on regular intervals). Every-time I get a standard customer care answer"Sir, Sorry for inconvenience. We will deliver it soon". But basic question is whats the definition of soon in Infibeam’s dictionary.


Adding to all above, Today also they promised me to deliver it by tomorrow, now God only knows whether tomorrow will be the same like past 14 days or will it be really delivered.


A suggestion from my side to Infibeam management- You might be getting immediate business from this kind of activities but in long term I am sure if you keep on getting these kind of reviews you will loose on business, since competition today is cut throat and you are not enjoying no.1 position in e-commerce neither market conditions are monopolistic. You have way ahead and if you want to take that leap, I am not able to recall any other factor as important as customer satisfaction and service.


I would recommend others not to order anything from this site, because I think they don’t have any ethics in practice.Your money might be at stake like currently mine from past 14 days.
