Horrible experience with infibeam

Had a very bad experience with infibeam. They sent a defective piece and now they are not ready to replace it or return my money back. My order no. is 10748691, dated 13th May. It has been more than 2 months and more than 20 calls to their customer care. Every time I call their customer care I have to wait 15 minutes to talk someone and then they give a feeling that you have done a big mistake by choosing infibeam.


Friends, my sincere advice will be to think 10 times before ordering anything from them. I hope entry of Amazon kills all these stupid and useless companies.


Just a few points:


1) This is more to bring awareness than to crib here. I was also very excited about online shopping so far.


2) The point is that we should be little careful here, specially when there are many immature and unprofessional players.


3) On top of it, their customer care is completely useless.


4) Sometimes, it may make more sense to visit a nearby store, specially in Indian context, till the market become mature.
