I ordered a Karbonn A18 phone from Infibeam on 31st Aug(order number 9295057). In the email confirmation the shipping date was 3rd Sept and Delivery date was 5th Sept. However the cell was shipped on 4th Sept and I got it on 6th Sept. Product was box packed and in excellent condition.
There was a delay of one day in shipping but when I wrote to customer care they said it was due to heavy rain during that time which is okay. And also I checked on other sites and there are huge delays for this product so one day is very much acceptable and I like that customer care responded within a day’s time.
The price on infibeam was lowest amongst all sites for this product after I used a 5% off coupon which I got from desidime.com and processing fees for EMI’s is also less compared to other sites like flipkart.com
Overall my first exp with this site is very good and I am a very frequent online buyer and have used most of the online site like ebay, flipkart, futurebazaar, firstcry etc.
