Infibeam Customer service and managers are Liars

I ordered a Samsung TV worth RS31099  from infibeam on 22nd jan 2013. They promised a delivery in max by 1st Feb, however after repeated calls and follow up finally the TV arrived on 6th.


Their Logistic partner GATI is also no less shrewd and a waste on the planet earth. When I kept on calling Infibeam Customer service that GATI has kept the shipment at their local depot and not delivering the product and updating wrong status information such as "person not found" or " address is wrong" Infibeam customer service promised (or should I say lied) to me that they will get it delivered soon , take action etc etc but of no use I had to call up GATI and finally the product arrived at my home after staying 5 days in local depot, this is 6th Feb.


We dint opened the package and called the Samsung service guys who reached prompltly the next day and opened the package, While opening they saw the LED panel is damaged and called up Infibeam to log a complain, Infibeam Customer service asked us to send photographs of the TV, which we sent them on the same day o.e. 7th feb, followed up with calls and they promised a return pickup next day or at max the day after.


Since that day I have been calling numerous time to infibeam customer service and they always have some lame excuse on why the damaged TV is not picked up ahy there is no refund etc etc, the funny part is now I can guess almost all the times what excuse they are going to give.


Mr Rohan is the CS person who I assume is the floor supervisor and has assured me of a final settlement by Friday i.e 8th FEB, he seemed a nice guy and believing him I waited for his call rather than posting messages to all infibeam senior managers through LinkedIn, however since that day he avoids taking calls and always gives some lame excuse for not coming to the call.


I am sure this will drag more and I am prepared also, I have been searching Infibeam contacts through my friends and family and will keep droping mails to all senior management on this.
