I ordered 4 burner gas stove on 28 sept 2014 and Now its been 15 days, They never even bothered to update me where is my package. They shave not ent any message or email for status update. They provided a link to track the package, but even after 10 days, the last status update was made on 29th Sept.
I sent them email and got a reply after 24 hours and I was asked to wait. But nothing happened in next 2 days. Called them multiple times and they always ask to wait. Now I have sent 4 emails to them but now even they are not replying. such a A*LE. I have requested them to return my money but I can not see any response.
Bottom line is: Don’t buy anything from such online shopping site, this will be enough to let such site die soon. They are shameless and careless for customers. They don’t bother about customer expectations. Don’t waste your time and money.
