Bad Experience

I order a Samsung Micro SD Card 16GB Class 6 (Black) on May 26th. I do not get it delivered even on June 7th. When I follow-up, this is the exact reply from customer care. "In regards to the order, we have shiped the product.We are tracking the product from our side. Please give us a little time for the searching process." What kind of stupid reply is this? I called to the customer service 3-4 time.I call customer care and after 5 mins of wait, I receive the same reply that somebody will get back to me asap. Nobody has got back yet.


This is the prepaid order and I have already paid the money. This the 3rd time I placed the order from Infibeam. I didn’t face any problem before, but this time I am facing lots of problem. Hope I will get my product ASAP.
