Pathetic, Worst service. Infibeam you are a Fraud

I have placed a order on October 21, 2012 and the order no is 9558594.


I have ordered a book.


Frankly saying it has been very very poor service by infibeam.

  1. The Book is not available with them .

Q: If the book is not available for what purpose you are saying the book is IN STOCK and it will be delivered within 3 business days.

  1. OK fine. I have called them and they told the book is out of stock so it will get delay by a week.

Q: Should I call and ask my status? why can’t provide it in website or you can’t inform me. I hope have my contact no.

  1. OK fine. I have waited for a week and again I have called you told the book is out of stock. I have asked you to cancel the order.

But why you shipped the product after my cancellation?


Q: What’s happening in your company . you will ship the product after I cancelled the order?

  1. OK fine. The book has shipped again to your warehouse and it has reached a week ago.

Q: Why you are not refunding the money after the cancellation of the product?


I need my money with interest.


It is very pathetic. I am from calling continuously for a week . Everybody is telling please give me 24 hours for the status.


What you are doing in 24 hrs I really don’t know. you are not even informing the status of refund.
