I m also having a problem with infibeam, I bought airtme phone from infibeam on 11th aug, got the product on 18th Aug, while I bought the phone it was written on the infibeam site that it comes with 6 month manufacturer warranty, and unfortunately my phone got a problem after 5 days, then I went to aityme local service centre and asked them for repair, he called at aityme head office and they said that its not under warranty, I called infibeam cc and told them about the issue and again said me to go to service center and the same problem again, wasted my 7 days in that.
After this infibeam cc said that they will arrange a reverse pickup, and after more than 3 weeks and after many call and many issues reverse pick was done. reverse pickup done on 26th sep, and on 01 Nov I got the phone back, more than 1 month and surprisingly the phone is having the same problem
Now I called and emailed to the infibeam again, and they said that they have repaired the phone. After again telling them the situation they again said that they will arrange the reverse pick up, I asked them to refund my money.
On 7th I got call from cc that within 24 hours they will do the pickup, but till date no further call or nothing has been done. Now who is saying that infibeam care their customtakeouters.
