I ordered Crompton Greaves 9Fin ORH1 Oil Filled Radiator on 30 Oct, 2015 by paying full amount up front by credit card.
My order has not been dispatched yet and every time I call the customer care they tell me that it will be shipped today but it never happens.
They didnt even let me know if the product will be shipped at all or if there is any problem with the availability of the same.
I have paid the amount full up front so I have a right to get the product on time. This is a clear irresponsibility from their part and it is in line with their reputation of not dispatching orders on time and making ridiculous delays.
They have complete apathy towards customers and are a big time SCAMS. They hold your money for long time and do not refund on time. I am going to file a consumer complaint against the same.
