21/11/2012 I ordered 2 Strontium 16GB pendrives, each valued at INR467 with the total amounting to INR934 on 13th November 2012, amount deducted instantly from credit card(SMS from Credit card company).In an email send they say that it will be shipped on 23rd Nov and can be expected to be delivered on 28th.
But alas I again got an SMS alert from Credit card company saying that same amount has been deducted again on 21st Nov without me authorizing the same.
Infibeam ’s lethargic costumer service says that they have no idea, and to confirm transaction with credit card company, credit card company says they have no such transacton registered,
It can be some Credit Card Fraud!! and to get Credit Card Hotlisted as the online shopper has all the details of the card.They are asking about the credibility of Infibeam .com
What should I do? Should I hotlist the card

Infibeam representative contacted through phone to clarify,
Their clarification is that although the credit card company approved payment on 13th, the cash capture by the vendor happened on 21st, which the credit card company informed through SMS
There is no double debit involved, if there is a double debit in the next credit card statement, they will refund the amount
Another response was that they started the shipment of the consignment on 21st night (2 days prior to schedule)
Still waiting for shipment and Credit card Statement
