Awful Customer Service; No Processes in place

First & Last Order! First there was no info on my order 8352980 (late delivery) despite repeated calls/mails. After following up with their awful Customer Services finally realized its OOS so they cancelled my order without even having the courtesy to inform me! (Nov 7).


Now its been over a month (Dec 17 and counting!) and my money has not been credited back. Forget interest on the amount they have been sitting on, they are not confirming on the principal being credited back!


No processes in place. Forget customer service... Cheats. Such start-ups should not be in business!
