I’ve seen a lotta negative reviews of infibeam.and I must confess I was taken aback. Primarily due to the fact that till now I have ordered a variety of products.
And all have come genuine, and with good prices too! Lotsa savings there. If I have a grouse against infibeam its just that their delivery takes long and no updates on the progress. Infact just recently I ordered a bluetooth speaker. Its been delivered 3 days ago. and yet it shows as "on the way"! Other that that there are a few things to keep in mind while purchasing things online:
If it’s "too cheap to be true" then chances are it is. Don’t expect to get a Bose Soundlink for 1500! Wake up!
Assure yourself of the Returns Policy. And that means go through the fine print. If you don’t want to pay the return cost or make the effort. then don’t order. Simple.
Check out the product in a retail outlet before you buy online. This way you know what to expect and all you need to look out for is the price, delivery and returns procedure. I purchased a Logitech wifi keyboard with mouse this way. Got a lower price. Not much.but it’s enough.
The sharp sellers at infibeam state when the product is a "lookalike" a.k.a. fake. You will be told that it looks like the real thing.works like the real thing.and so you can assume that it works like the "real thing". Believe that at your own risk.
Other that the above, infibeam hasn’t bitten me hard as yet!
