Title ive written may look very colorful to you but this is what they are & deserve.They send a faulty product & then you wait for eternity to get your refund.
I purchased a digital wrist watch of brand optima delivered on 03/Oct/14.Soon I discovered that the product is faulty & contacted Infibeam customer care & send them pics & video describing the fault of the product.
Till date I have not received any resolution from their side neither they are answering my mails anymore. I call their customer care and they say they dont have any updates regarding complain status. Mind that the reverse pick was done on 08/Oct/14 & today at the time of writing this review its 04/Nov/14 that is 24 days have passed & still counting for a proper reply forget about the refund.
They dont have a tollfree no. so its a paid call to their customer care no. & then wait for another 20 minutes since their IVR machine is telling you your queue20, 19, 18.Difficult to explain in words that how irritating is this stuff all about.You shop for need, pleasure. & if it is infibeam.com your get irritation, frustration.
So my advice to all the online shoppers is not to waste their time and money with this badmaash co. infibeam.
