Infibeam was one of the good online shopping stores earlier but recently I think they have scrapped their business ethics and resorted to cheating people.
I’ve tried to recharge my DTH but transaction failed and they have refunded amount to prepaid wallet when they should refund it to my bank account. Despite following up through customer care, they have not refunded amount even after a week .
Furthermore, they take too much time in correspondence.
