I have ordered for a hp laptop worth 42k in Emi payment method on 8th april.I ordered it so that I could gift it to my nephew whose birthday was on 15th. First thing I get is payment failure after entering the details of credit card.i was charged.money was cut, but no order was placed. I called the CC and the reply was that transaction was failed, they havent received the amount.
I called my bank and was informed by them that the transaction was done by them.After some 10 calls to my bank and Infibeam and after submitting the details of my transaction statement in mail and some more calls, my order was said to be placed and was given an order id. The product was in checkout state and was not changed for two days.
After two days I called them again and then I was informed that the id I have was of failed order and my order was placed in another id and was given that. It was said to be delivered by 11th of April.after waiting patiently till 11th as it wasnt shipped I called them again. They asked me to wait for 24-48 hours.
I waited and called them again, they asked for another 24-48 more hours. I informed them about the urgency and they said that they have put it on urgent tab and it will be attended and shipped in two days.This went on for two more times and then I was asked to wait till 20th and was sent an email that my product will be shipped by 20th and that same thing.
No shipment was done and I called on 21st on which they said I will get an update about my shipment, they asked me to call again today and even today they dont have any information regarding my product.My nephews birthday has been long over, it has been 7 days after his bday and they dont even have any update about when they can ship my product.
This is really pathetic.Still waiting patiently after all this, hoping It may be shipped anytime soon as it has been really long, but by the responses the CC exec are giving it doesnt look so.
The CC guys are getting Even the CC guys sound impatient receiving my calls but remember, I am being charged by the calls I make to you guys and I dont have any fancy to call and speak to you.i am just frustrated about not receiving my product even after a really long time.Hoping they would ship in a very frustrated state.
