My one of the friend ordered some product on Oct 13th and order id is 13727161, still they are not delivered and we are not getting any proper response from customer care.
Be aware of Infibeam. We recorded all the calls and if they are not delivered, then we plan to compliant to Police station. Better choose Flipkart or Amazon.
