1- Their product page has absurd information about the product, you cannot figure out the deep specification and product features.
2- The images they have for many products are not really convincing and can’t help the customer to buy one.
3- They have the slowest email customer service, you have to wait for more than 3 days to get a revert from them.
4- Initially they provided bookmark on every book I purchased but from sometime they provide none. Flipkart do best by giving nice bookmarks with every book you purchased.
5- Product has listing the delivery of 2-3 days and I’m getting the product a week later.

OLD: Just received the Book today I ordered, it took just 4 days.
I read a lot of reviews here and most of all are -ve. sigh! I’m from Lucknow and as far as my experience with infibeam is concern is quite good.
As an online customers we have a responsibility too, when you shop at eBay you read and research about the seller feedback and ratings isn’t? if not then you are not a wise customer or consumer.
At both end . from the seller side and the customer side we all have encountered with the bad experience.
One instance I want to share, Once flipkart delivery person came to my door for the delivery and we both had a normal conversation and he told me that one of their customer duped him in COD.
Till now I’ve a good experience with infibeam, once I cancelled my order and within 4 days they transferred the respective amount to my bank account. Delivery wise they use bluedart to my area which is a good courier agency in term of fast delivery as per my experience.
When I started online shopping 4 years back and the infibeam was the first site I shopped with. I ordered a design book that time.
I shop with flipkart too but now if you compare the prices, infibeam is selling books, movies DVD in much lesser price than the former company WITH FREE SHIPPING & WHAT ELSE WE NEED!
Now infibeam has a very usable online tracking system and I appreciate this gradual progress by this company.
I’ll update my review if I face any -ve with them, till now great experience. On this May 4th I ordered a book and I’m sure it’ll reach to me by 7 or 8.
