Infibeam is not a good online site like other, Last month I have been an ordered a headphone but they charged extra Rs40 for it, I’ll take it easily but when they send it to my address, packaging was not properly, Even I opened the box I found that Headphone is not working. When I first did a complaint they didn’t reply at all. In second time they replied and changed that product within 2 week, Now they send me new headphone but don’t like the quality of headphone.
