Cheating by infibeam

I have given three order   on  6 march  1.Philips SHM1900-93 Stereo PC headset(Order no: 10350004)(rs 319) 2. Strontium 8GB MicroSD (Black, 8 GB)order (ID:10344208), (rs 277) 3.Strontium 4GB MicroSD Card (Class 4) (Black, 4 GB) Sub Order - 19291552.


After order they deduct my money (RS. 319+277), then they told me your order will shipped by 9 March 2013, after  five days they cancelled my order and they don’t refunded my money, they are telling that contact  to bank for returning the money.


I go to bank and bank manager told me that company will return your money we are not responsible . so Infibeam is cheating me and they are fraud, by this activity of Infibeam I am very puzzled and mentally disturb how can I believe such type of company, they are totally fraud and cheater.


So I urge to u all buyer do not purchase any thing from infibeam, most of people in my hostel suffering this type of problem. If you will not return my my money then I will complain in consumer forum.

Dear surendra061109, Please be informed that we do not capture the payment till the order gets shipped from our end. Since this order was never shipped we did not capture the payment and so cannot refund the money. Just to let you know that the reversal of the payment takes 15 - 21 days as per Reserve Bank of India's guidelines. The reason why it takes that long is only because there is no human intervention and so the funds are directed in your account, only when the authorization expires. While you were asked to contact your bank, it meant, the customer service of your bank that deals with the online transaction, and not the local Branch Manager. All online transactions are looked after by the back-end teams, the front-end officials will only be able to tell you the status, when their records are updated by the back-end teams. You're advised to check with the customer support officials of your bank about your refund status. You can get their contact details from the official site of the bank, you deal with.
